The incumbent oversees facility management, renovations, and maintenance for TAJ offices, monitors contractors, ensures compliance with policies, manages staff performance, and supports risk management and disaster recovery efforts.
The incumbent conducts research, builds economic models, and analyzes tax data to assess economic factors affecting tax compliance, supporting TAJ in optimizing revenue collection.
The incumbent handles legal and administrative tasks, including drafting documents, processing requests, maintaining records, conducting research, assisting with court cases, supporting stakeholders, and contributing to risk management.
To provide administrative support in co-ordinating activities, scheduling appointments, preparing Minutes, reports and briefs as well as handling queries
The incumbent coordinates TAJ’s capacity building, career development, leadership training, succession planning, and knowledge management to ensure a skilled workforce for achieving strategic objectives.
The incumbent manages and executes training programs aligned with TAJ’s strategic objectives, utilizing effective delivery methods to enhance learning, professional development, and training plan implementation.
To maintain taxpayers’ accounts by making the necessary adjustments and correction from work items or irregularities and discrepancies are identified from Collections, Compliance, Taxpayer Service and Audit.
