The incumbent develops and coordinates the Mental Health Programme, ensuring policy implementation, service accessibility, and interagency collaboration while providing technical advice and fostering links between stakeholders.
The Technical Assistant performs maintenance tasks, operates tools, sources replacements, follows assigned schedules, supports service exigencies, and uses relevant computer applications as directed by the supervisor.
