Retail Warehouse Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives deliveries, manage stock rotation and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Maintain a safe work environment within the warehouse.
• Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility.
• Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material, inventory or supplies.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to understand and navigate warehouse processes.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills.to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Must have excellent communication skills to lead a team and to interact with management.
• Possess strong customer service skills to resolve warehouse issues.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively to warehouse manager and sales floor.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Must be able to reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.
• A valid U.S. passport and driver’s license are required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of inventory control.
• One year of experience in retail grocery store.
