To oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort’s food and beverage outlets including off-site dining, special events, room service, in-room dining and butler service.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of luxury food and beverage operations to ensure positive guest interactions and experiences. Must develop and implement quality service standards to safeguard the smooth running, profitability and delivery of food and beverage offerings which will create memorable dining encounters and encourage repeat diners in the restaurant.

 

Core Functions:

  • Supervise all food and beverage outlets to ensure compliance with the resort’s management objectives and the health and safety of employees and guests.
  • Develop and implement service standards to ensure consistent guest experiences at a high-quality level.
  • Lead innovative beverage menu creation and memorable dining events.
  • Interact positively with guests by inviting feedback and resolving guest queries about food quality and service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Implement training programs, merchandising and quality cost control of all beverages and direct staff to follow restaurant procedures and comply with company policies.
  • Maximize food and beverage profitability; achieve budgeted revenues and control expenses for all food outlets.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality, service, and guest experience, ensuring that The Cove, Eleuthera remains a top destination for travelers seeking luxury and tranquility.

 

Skills & Abilities:

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably at a luxury boutique resort, in a remote location.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a team-oriented environment and navigate interpersonal dynamics.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, leadership skills, and common-sense approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of beverages, wines, wine pairings and cocktails.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
