The incumbent manages IT systems, provides technical support, troubleshoots network issues, implements security measures, trains users, maintains equipment inventory, and ensures data backup while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

 

CORE FUNCTIONS

IT Support & Network Management:

  • Install, configure, maintain and repair computer networks, workstations, servers and related hardware/software
  • Manage user accounts and maintain computer/telephone rooms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/LAN/WAN/internet issues
  • Respond to error messages and provide technical support
  • Coordinate with vendors for major repairs
  • Implement security measures and manage network backups

System Administration:

  • Analyze and recommend system improvements
  • Plan and coordinate IT equipment installations and upgrades
  • Provide end-user training and application support
  • Manage network disk space and maintain device inventory
  • Ensure proper backup storage procedures
  • Professional Standards:
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Provide excellent service to guests and employees
  • Communicate professionally via phone and in person
  • Support team goals and suggest efficiency improvements

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Stand/walk for extended periods
  • Use computers/POS systems
  • Navigate stairs/ramps
  • Perform additional duties as needed

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
