Oversees daily operations of Maintenance Unit, including assets, inventory, fleet, property, safety, and security, while implementing policies and programs for operational efficiency.

 

Job Purpose

Responsible for the overseeing the day to day functions of the Operations and Maintenance Unit with direct oversight for following divisions/areas for example 

  • Fixed Asset and Inventory
  • Maintenance
  • Fleet Management
  • Property Management
  • Safety and Security

In collaboration with the Regional Operations and Maintenance Unit the incumbent is also responsible for leading the implementation of policies, procedures and programs geared towards the operational efficiency
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, Public Administration, Management Studies or equivalent related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in project management, financial management and corporate governance would be an asset
  • Certification in Supervisory and Project
