Email & general communication with clients and partners of Dive Dominica with respect to arranging and securing bookings.
Work with the various cruise lines and preparing cruise ship contracts seasonally and other documents as needed.
General supervision of staff (in office & ground staff) to ensure smooth functioning of the company’s operations.
Overall supervision to ensure timely dispatch of tours
Preparing daily/ weekly/ monthly staff schedules and rostering/salaries and etc.
Ensure effective inventory management by ordering the necessary stock items, boat parts & etc. necessary for operations.
Operational Oversight: Manage monthly operations, including:
Ensuring that the company’s vessels are up-to-date with respect to paper work, general maintenance and up keep
