The incumbent promotes brand awareness, handles sales/tours, provides guest rewards, supports team training, ensures adherence to company policies, communicates effectively, and performs administrative and physical duties as needed.

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Brand Awareness & Sales:

  • Promote brand image internally and externally.
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Communicate with potential owners to schedule preview package sales/tours.
  • Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule sales/tours.
  • Explain sales presentation details and verify eligibility for tours.

Guest Engagement & Rewards:

  • Determine and provide complimentary gifts for guest patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets).
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and express genuine appreciation.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform office duties (e.g., filing, emails, typing, faxing).
  • Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.

Team Support & Leadership:

  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
  • Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.

Professionalism & Compliance:

  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.

Communication & Quality Standards:

  • Speak clearly and professionally; prepare and review documents accurately.
  • Answer telephones using proper etiquette.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical & Operational Duties:

  • Move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 10 pounds.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
