Leadership and Team Management:

1. Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
2. Provide clear direction, training and support to ensure the team meets culinary standards

1. Showcase your knowledge and expertise in Caribbean Island Cooking to create flavorful and authentic dishes

Operational Effciency:

1. Utilize software for efficient food ordering from the storeroom, ensuring adequate inventory levels
2. Oversee the proper receipt, storage, issuance and preparation of food items

Quality Control:

1. Implement and uphold high standards for food quality, presentation and safety
2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Volume Cooking:

1. Coordinate and manage the preparation and cooking of meals for over 500 team members daily
2. Efficiently handle high-volume situations while maintaining quality

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, preferably in a high-volume cafeteria or similar setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
