Supports cruise passenger dispatch, ensures timely data collection, updates manuals, addresses complaints, provides tourism information, maintains brochure supplies, and delivers contract carriage licenses.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the dispatching of Cruise Passengers
  • Collects and collates data in preparation for Statistical and Analytical Reports
  • Disseminates correct information to the visitors regarding the tourism product
  • Information Officers Manual is updated in a timely manner
  • Relevant persons and agencies contacted in a timely manner regarding complaints
  • Brochures and other relevant information are collected on a timely basis to ensure adequate supply is always available
  • Assists with delivery of contract carriage licences & forms

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • CXC and GCE O’Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics
  • Familiar with the use of Computer Programmes such as Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Second Language is not a requirement but would be an Asset.
