JOB PURPOSE
The Human Resource Talent Management Partner is accountable to the Head of Human Resources Unit for high-level delivery of Human Resource Services. The role will contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class HR policies and programmes to drive and sustain Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, and HR Operations. As a conceptual thinker and collaborator, the role holder will develop strategic partnerships with internal clients to create value and generate confidence in the Human Resource brand.
The Human Resource Partner is highly cognizant of the need for diversity, equity, and inclusion in HR practice and has a shared responsibility to promote and embody the values of Listening, Engaging, and Acting in all aspects of service delivery.

JOB LOCATION
The OECS Commission is headquartered in Castries, Saint Lucia. The position of Human Resources Partner – Talent Management is stationed at the OECS Commission headquarters.
