Since opening in August 2022, the school has continued to grow and will inaugurate its boarding house in August 2025.

This is a unique opportunity to create a "home away from home" environment in a brand-new boarding facility while working with a dynamic and growing international school community. The role will report directly to the Founding Principal.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of house staff, including resident house parents, auxiliary staff, and others involved in the daily operations of the boarding house.
  • Integration with the School Community: Ensure that boarders integrate seamlessly into the wider school environment during the day and provide a supportive, structured home life in the evenings and weekends.
  • Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring open and effective communication about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Contribution to Senior Leadership: Participate actively in the school’s leadership team and contribute to whole-school initiatives, including support for academics, co-curricular programs, and student discipline.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • A strong background in pastoral care, with previous experience in a boarding setting highly desirable.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities to manage the daily operations of the boarding house.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a proactive approach to learning and self-improvement.
