Responsible for financial record-keeping, audits, reconciliations, cash management, and compliance with company policies while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and effective team collaboration.

 

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash, and cash equivalents.
  • Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
  • Classify, code, and summarize financial data using journals, ledgers, and computers.
  • Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial and payroll reports.
  • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
  • Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
  • Follow up on past-due accounts and vendor invoices.
  • Prepare daily consolidated cash deposits and document cash variances.
  • Maintain and administer all cashier banks and contracts.
  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality, and asset protection.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain accurate written records.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Foster positive working relationships and support team goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
