Supervise staff, ensure service quality, maintain inventory, enforce policies, assist management, uphold safety standards, and enhance guest satisfaction while handling operations, maintenance, organization, and efficiency improvements.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure staff works together as a team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs.
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors.
  • Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO (First In, First Out) use, and cleanliness.
  • Complete inventories, stock supplies, and submit requisitions.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
  • Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
  • Follow all company and safety policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate and address their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally; support team goals and respond to employee concerns.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and suggest ways to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost-savings.
  • Read and verify information, inspect tools and equipment, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, and navigating stairs and confined spaces.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
