Job Purpose
AUTEC is a Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport's largest single team project, providing both deep and shallow water test and training environments. The Facilities Maintenance Manager Responsible for managing the Facilities Department including the following shops and disciplines: Carpenter, Paint, Locksmith, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Refrigerating, Plumbing, Minor Construction (including concrete batch plant and sandblast, operations), Janitorial, and housing maintenance. Direct supervision over the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities within the confines of the AUTEC project (Sites 1 and 2).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
