Job Purpose
The Director of Marketing plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the hospital's marketing strategy, aligning it with the institution's overall mission and objectives. This leadership position is responsible for promoting the hospital’s services, enhancing its public image, and fostering a strong relationship with the community and key stakeholders. The Director of Marketing will work closely with hospital leadership and the executive team to design and implement marketing strategies that support growth, improve patient satisfaction, and strengthen the hospital’s brand presence both locally and internationally.

Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of five years of progressive marketing experience, with at least three years in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Certification in healthcare marketing or a related field is a plus.
Experience in public relations, digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis within the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of graphic design, publishing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and web development tools is a plus.
Deep understanding of Marketing strategies and best practices.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their administration.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Abilities:
Ability to align Marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Ability to develop healthcare marketing strategies and understand patient and consumer behavior, and market trends.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
