Promotes the Player’s Club, facilitates events, assists guests with casino activities, monitors machine security, and ensures excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Promote the Player’s Club and its benefits to guests.
  • Promote enrollment in Player’s Club to eligible guests, carded, and tracked players.
  • Implement promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment.
  • Assist guests and distribute information about casino activities to guests.
  • Meet and greet customers upon arrival.
  • Monitor machines within assigned area for security and condition.
  • Make announcements and maintain information regarding casino promotions, entertainment, and events.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time period.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
