CORE FUNCTIONS

• Provide personalized service and fulfill guest needs, including delivering coffee and tea, preparing arrival notes, and communicating guest preferences.
• Coordinate with the front desk to prepare VIP rooms, check room keys, and ensure all details meet guest expectations.
• Escort early arrivals, be present at check-in, and complete butler flags in local systems.
• Send pre-arrival emails and escort VIP guests to their rooms.
• Work closely with Guest Services and Engineering to fulfill guest requests.
• Pick up, follow up on, and return guest laundry promptly.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally, prepare and review documents, and answer telephones using proper etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
