This position is responsible for the performance of the Customer Service Associates as measured by their adherence to policies and procedures, attendance, accuracy and quality of service.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the daily performance of the CSAs, ensuring that the branch is operationally efficient and that the highest level of service is provided to all Customers.
  • Assist in various banking operations and communicate any major problems within the Branch to the Vice President.
  • Providing ongoing guidance, training and support to CSA team.
  • Monitoring and controlling staff absenteeism, time-keeping and performance.
  • Participating in regular performance appraisal process.
  • Assisting Vice President in administrative duties.
  • Performing supervisory overrides, researching errors and issuing traveler’s cheques.
  • Handling general inquiries and complaints or referring clients to the appropriate departments.
  • Cross-selling Bank products and keeping abreast of new products and services.
  • Ensuring that due diligence is applied as it relates to the Bank Code of Conduct and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

 

Your qualifications and skills include:

  • Four years Retail Banking experience.
  • Completed Basic and Advanced Supervisory courses.
  • Complete understanding of Bank policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
