Oversee Slot department operations, including inventory management, cashier assignments, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution. Ensure staff adherence to policies, maintain service standards, assist guests, and uphold safety protocols.

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Maintain control of, verify, and account for the Slot department’s inventory of coins, currency, forms, documents, and records.
  • Provide cashiers with the opening impressments of coins and the cash impressments form.
  • Assign slot employees to working areas and meal breaks, ensuring consistent rotations.
  • Assist Slot Attendants in escorting Jackpot Payments and hopper refills.
  • Document and monitor each Slot Cashier’s overages and shortages.
  • Monitor and evaluate slot employees' work performance daily for compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison in disputes or altercations, auditing transactions to determine discrepancies.
  • Assist management in setting and communicating goals, expectations, timetables, and deadlines for operations.
  • Follow company, safety, and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.
  • Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships to support team goals.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects under 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: 3 years of related work experience
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
