Our client, an exciting full-service promotions, events, and market research company, is seeking to recruit a dynamic, creative, and experienced Promotions & Events Coordinator to join their team!

As the successful candidate, you will play a critical role in assisting with the planning, development, and execution of promotional campaigns and events. You will enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and engage customers.

Key Duties

Campaign Planning & Execution:

• Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, creative, and operations) to ensure promotional strategies are executed on time and within budget.
• Help identify target audiences for campaigns and ensure that promotional content is tailored appropriately.

Promotion Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as sales data, customer feedback, and engagement levels.
• Prepare reports on promotional effectiveness and share insights with senior management to optimize future campaigns.

Vendor & Partner Management:

• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and agencies involved in promotional activities.
• Ensure smooth delivery of promotional materials, samples, and products.
• Negotiate pricing and timelines with external parties, ensuring adherence to budgets.

Event Coordination:

• Help organize promotional events (e.g., product launches, trade shows, and pop-up events), including logistics, materials, and on-site support.
• Support the planning and execution of in-store or digital promotions.

Creative Content Development:

• Work closely with design and marketing teams to develop promotional materials, including advertisements, email campaigns, social media posts, flyers, and banners.
• Ensure all promotional content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

Budget Management:

• Assist in managing the promotional budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and tracking of promotional expenses.
• Prepare budgets for individual campaigns and promotions.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to inform promotional strategies.
• Gather feedback from customers to assess the impact and relevance of promotional activities.

Customer Engagement:

• Help maintain communication with customers through various channels such as email newsletters, social media, and loyalty programs.
• Promote the brand's presence through online and offline activities.
