Supervises repair work orders, maintains employee collaboration, oversees preventative maintenance, manages physical plant operations, ensures property standards, and provides 24/7 emergency response services.

Serve as the main resource for recreation activities, providing guest information, promoting participation, ensuring safety, assisting with emergencies, and maintaining recreation facilities, equipment, and supplies.

The Laboratory Manager oversees lab operations, staff, budgets, safety compliance, equipment, accreditation, and fosters vendor relationships, ensuring labs align with research and development goals while staying updated on industry trends.

Under the general direction of the Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for entering all relevant corporate data into the various computerized systems approved by management.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and leading the Data Management Section to gather, organize, cleanse, analyze and report on Customer data, for use by the Loss Reduction Division to aid work assignment and decision-making.
