The Senior Director, ICT oversees strategic ICT management at UHWI, developing and implementing solutions, ensuring efficient operations, and managing procurement and deployment of ICT services and equipment.

The incumbent ensures compliance with statutory obligations, verifies financial controls, prevents waste, assesses revenue collection and disbursements, and safeguards records, stores, and property through effective internal controls.

The incumbent supervises hospital maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance, develops work plans, addresses complaints, assists with budgeting, inspects work, manages equipment use, ensures inventory control, and resolves technical issues.
