The Web and Digital Content Officer develops and executes social media strategies to promote the Ministry’s agendas, enhance online presence, drive brand awareness, and engage stakeholders.

The role represents the Branch at events, develops and implements communication strategies, creates promotional materials, manages brand consistency, engages stakeholders, and supports crisis communication to enhance Ministry initiatives.

The incumbent leads ICT policy review, strategic planning, and budget monitoring, provides guidance to executive management, oversees infrastructure development, security strategies, system improvements, and technical support for the Ministry
