The incumbent oversees facility management, renovations, and maintenance for TAJ offices, monitors contractors, ensures compliance with policies, manages staff performance, and supports risk management and disaster recovery efforts.

The incumbent guides and monitors strategic planning, analyzes revenue performance, assigns collection targets, evaluates TAJ’s performance, maintains data for policy development, and prepares high-level performance reports.

The incumbent conducts research, builds economic models, and analyzes tax data to assess economic factors affecting tax compliance, supporting TAJ in optimizing revenue collection.

The incumbent provides leadership, manages project implementation, develops plans, monitors risks, coordinates stakeholders, ensures compliance, oversees resources, and supports policy initiatives to achieve TAJ’s reform and modernization objectives.

The incumbent handles legal and administrative tasks, including drafting documents, processing requests, maintaining records, conducting research, assisting with court cases, supporting stakeholders, and contributing to risk management.

To provide administrative support in co-ordinating activities, scheduling appointments, preparing Minutes, reports and briefs as well as handling queries

The incumbent coordinates TAJ’s capacity building, career development, leadership training, succession planning, and knowledge management to ensure a skilled workforce for achieving strategic objectives.

The incumbent manages and executes training programs aligned with TAJ’s strategic objectives, utilizing effective delivery methods to enhance learning, professional development, and training plan implementation.

The incumbent coordinates and executes taxpayer education programs, promotes e-services, conducts awareness surveys, develops educational materials, liaises with stakeholders, responds to queries, and supports risk management.

To maintain taxpayers’ accounts by making the necessary adjustments and correction from work items or irregularities and discrepancies are identified from Collections, Compliance, Taxpayer Service and Audit.
