The Payments Officer has responsibility for the processing and payment of monthly and fortnightly payrolls and other salary related documents assigned. The incumbent also has the responsibility for the processing of all payments.

The Senior Payments Officer oversees payments, prioritizing transactions based on cash flow, and ensures compliance with the FAA Act and related regulations while maintaining ethical practices and high accountability.

The Administrative Assistant provides confidential administrative support, manages office systems, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of the department and effective functioning of the Branch.

The Final Accountant ensures accurate preparation of financial statements and timely delivery of reports for the RPD, adhering to the FAA Act, accounting standards, and GOJ regulations and guidelines.

The Management Accountant prepares and implements annual budgets, optimizing the RPD's financial capacity to efficiently manage resources and achieve deliverables aligned with priorities and policies.

The Manager Management Accounts oversees budget preparation and funds management for the Revenue Protection Department, ensuring resources align with priorities and guiding staff to achieve branch objectives and deliverables.

Under the general direction of the Director Finance and Accounts, the Manager Final Accounts and Reporting is responsible for the accurate preparation and presentation of financial accounts of the RPD.
