To provide technical assistance through information sharing – copying, blueprinting, etc., to customers internally and externally.

Evaluates and audits service delivery and quality standards of the work of Customer Service, Call Centre Service and Mapping Officers engaged in providing information on products and services in a timely manner.

To ensure that all incoming queries are answered, information provided, and orders taken.

To ensure the efficient operation of the Call Centre by organizing and directing the day to-day activities of the Centre, along with providing training and guidance to Call Centre Service Officers.

The incumbent promotes public awareness of the Agency’s mission and services, engages stakeholders, and monitors publicity and stakeholder concerns to inform management and strengthen support for the Agency’s initiatives.

To manage the valuation activities at the regional level inclusive of the maintenance of the Valuation Roll and the provision of value added and related services to Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and land owners.
