The incumbent oversees cashiering functions and daily reconciliations, maintains the accounts receivable sub-ledger and generates customer invoices, prepares monthly aged receivable and collection statements, and assists auditors.

To ensure that payments are made in accordance with relevant statutes and established procedural guidelines.

To ensure that the Agency’s utility bills are collated, certain allowances processed, purchase orders, payment vouchers prepared and payments made to both external and internal customers based on established accounting practices and procedures.

To maintain the Agency’s buildings and items therein and to assist with the removal and placement of furniture and equipment.

Assists with the maintenance of the Valuation Roll and undertakes the valuation of properties as requested by other ministries, departments, and agencies.
