Under the direction of the Manager, Employee Relations and Wellbeing, the Benefits Administration Officer is primarily responsible for the management of leave and general benefits administration to assigned Divisions across NEPA.

The Internal Auditor is responsible for undertaking Internal Audit assessments of processes and systems of internal controls, in accordance with applicable audit programme, plans, procedures and standards, as well as related legislation.

The Human Resource Development Officer coordinates NEPA’s learning and development programmes, conducts training needs assessments, designs capacity-building initiatives, supports career development, and ensures alignment with organizational goals.

The incumbent manages and supports NEPA’s HR Information Systems, ensuring accurate records, system optimization, data security, MyHR+ implementation, training, and coordination with ICT and finance teams.

The Performance Management Officer will provide technical support for the development and maintenance of NEPA’s employee performance management systems, in accordance with directives of the Cabinet Office and SHRMD.

The Human Resource Officer (Staffing) coordinates recruitment and staffing activities for NEPA, including shortlisting, interviews, acting appointments, reassignments, and managing service records.

The ICT Infrastructure Auditor plans and conducts ICT audits and control reviews, ensuring systems align with GOJ laws and policies, requiring up-to-date knowledge of ICT systems, trends, and environments.

The incumbent manages NEPA’s Human Resource Development and Performance Management functions, including training, capacity building, PMAS implementation, onboarding, succession planning, and career development to support strategic goals.

The Senior Internal Auditor manages audit teams to assess internal controls and governance, ensuring compliance with laws and standards, and provides recommendations for improvement.
