The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and logistical support, coordinates office activities, manages the Senior Director’s calendar, organizes meetings, drafts reports, and conducts research to support communication and PR services.

Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Corporate Communication, the Corporate Communication Officer, provides support to the implementation of the Unit’s activities to meet the goals and objectives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.

The incumbent is responsible for organizing, co-ordinating and maintaining programmes and activities for the well-being of persons sixty (60) years and over.

The Administrator supports Executive Management by handling daily operations, scheduling, communication, record-keeping, and workflow improvements to ensure efficient office operations aligned with the Division’s strategic goals.

The role manages Reciprocal Social Security Agreements, oversees benefit applications, data exchange, stakeholder engagement, and reporting, conducts workshops, investigates cases, and supports policy updates, and international collaboration.
