The Technical Coordinator enhances efficiency by coordinating among key agencies, analyzing reports, providing briefings, and conducting research and special projects to support the Principal Director and overall divisional operations.

Under the supervision of the Senior Director, the incumbent provides secretarial support services to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the Project Management and Technical Services Division.

The incumbent assists in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Ministry's records management system, ensuring proper classification, storage, retrieval, training, audits, compliance, and coordination of records across divisions.

To support the operation of the Office of the Permanent Secretary by providing efficient and effective administrative services to the Permanent Secretary to ensure that the practices and procedures used are consistent with Government Regulations

The incumbent implements and monitors the Ministry’s performance management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, conducting assessments, providing training, recommending improvements, and overseeing recognition and reward systems.

The incumbent manages industrial relations, benefits administration, occupational health and welfare, compliance with safety regulations, incident investigations, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of workplace well-being policies.

The incumbent supports legislative outputs, provides legal advice, assists in litigation, and helps the Minister prepare for events with potential legal consequences within the Ministry’s portfolio.
