The Senior Human Resource Officer, PMAS, undertakes duties related to the maintenance of the Performance Management and Appraisal System (PMAS) within the Ministry of Health & Wellness.

To coordinate administrative management activities for Special Medical and Public Health Services and the Emergency Medical Services for public gatherings and during times of disaster and provide liaison between the Director and Officers in EDMSSB.

The incumbent plans and coordinates the mobilization, distribution, and monitoring of Infection Prevention and Control measures, resources, and personnel in field medical posts and acute care sites during emergency medical responses.

The incumbent provides administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing communication, maintaining information systems, tracking case updates, and recording accurate meeting notes for the Legal Division.

Reporting to Legal Officers, the incumbent will provide secretarial services that will ensure the effective and efficient operations of the Legal Division.

The Crown Counsel provides advice and guidance on a range of legal matters to support the work of Ministers and Cabinet/Financial/Permanent Secretary in the strategic management of a discrete ministry.

The incumbent manages and improves health infrastructure Quality Management Systems, ensures effective implementation, analyzes procedural needs, and enforces quality standards to support reliable systems and operations.

The incumbent manages research, policy development, and compliance for health infrastructure standards, advises stakeholders, ensures alignment with best practices and legislation, and fosters innovation through industry collaboration.
