Under the supervision of the Director, Health Services Planning & Integration, the incumbent provides a high quality of records management services in the development, promotion and implementation of records management best practice within the branch

Under the general direction of the Director, Health Services Planning & Integration, the Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support in order to achieve the objectives of the Department.

The Management Accountant (Cash Flow) ensures appropriate and timely Cash Flows to the Ministry and that these Cash Flows are allocated in a manner in keeping with the Budget to achieve the objectives of the Ministry.

The Commitment Control Officer coordinates and maintains an effective cash management system and ensures the proper planning and control of commitments/expenditures within the limits of the Approved Provision and Warrant Allocations.

Develops operational plans, provides payroll technical advice, ensures accurate salary processing, maintains payroll records, prepares reports, resolves payroll issues, and ensures compliance with financial controls and data integrity.
