The incumbent develops and implements customer service policies, monitors service quality, manages customer complaints, provides technical advice, delivers training, and ensures adherence to service standards and operational audits.

The incumbent retrieves and manages salary records, processes payroll data, computes salary arrears, handles payslips and cheques, and assists with payment vouchers, P45 preparation, and returns.

The Mission Accounts Officer 2 is responsible for checking, verifying and reconciling accounts submitted by overseas Missions assigned, with the accounts in Headquarters, in accordance with the FAA Act and other financial instructions.

The Audit Assistant supports audits by assessing operational, financial, and system efficiency and compliance, preparing reports, identifying control weaknesses, maintaining records, and addressing audit-related queries.

The Risk Management Analyst identifies, evaluates, and analyzes operational risks, develops risk management strategies, ensures compliance, and advises management on risk-related objectives and standards.

The Communication Officer supports the Ministry’s strategic communication objectives by crafting plans, raising awareness, evaluating public perception, and optimizing strategies for effective engagement.
