The Senior Public Procurement Officer coordinates procurement processes for the IFC, ensuring compliance with the Government of Jamaica’s Public Procurement Act 2015 guidelines and procedures.

The Senior Human Resource Officer oversees recruitment, promotions, and staff movements, providing technical advice and administering government policies and guidelines on human resource management.

The Senior ICT Officer develops technology strategies, ensures ICT infrastructure supports business processes, enhances efficiency and productivity, and implements risk mitigation for business continuity.

Coordinates technical assistance, conducts research, provides strategic advice, evaluates proposals, and ensures the Fiscal Commissioner is prepared for meetings, reports, and stakeholder engagements.

The Director, Corporate Communications and Public Relations oversees internal and external communications, public relations, social media strategies, media issue management, and staff leadership for the Commission.

Provides legal advice, drafts and reviews legal documents, supports legislative processes, ensures compliance with policies and laws, and represents the Commission in legal and administrative matters.

Oversees financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, audits, HR policies, staff development, and administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance.

The Deputy Commissioner Economic Forecasting and Analysis has the responsibility to provide independent macroeconomic analysis by interpreting complex data sets, forecasting economic conditions, and providing insights that inform business strategies.

Oversees fiscal analysis, projections, and risk management, evaluates fiscal sustainability, monitors adherence to fiscal frameworks, and provides informed recommendations on Jamaica's fiscal position and policies.
