Under the general direction of the Senior Director, Taxation Policy Development the Taxation Policy Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating tax proposals, assist in the development of taxation policies.

The Taxation Technical Specialist advises on tax policy and reform, evaluates legislation, liaises with agencies, monitors implementation, engages stakeholders, and represents the MOFPS in national and international tax matters.

The Assistant Commissioner Revenue Appeals oversees revenue dispute hearings, ensuring fair, lawful, and efficient case management, evaluates facts and evidence, drafts recommended decisions, and upholds accountability and due diligence.
