The Maintenance and Infrastructure Development Officer supports planning, coordination, and execution of minor construction projects in public schools, ensuring compliance with codes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

The Senior Payments Officer processes and monitors payment claims, ensures compliance with budget and documentation requirements, maintains records, and liaises with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and authorized disbursements.

The Administrative Assistant provides proactive administrative support, manages scheduling, prepares documents, conducts research, and handles queries to ensure efficient operations and support the Section’s goals.

The incumbent supports and monitors school financial management by reviewing accounting practices, guiding budget preparation, ensuring compliance, evaluating funding requests, and coordinating training and oversight for Bursars across the Region.

The Senior Final Accountant is responsible for preparing statements of accounts for the Region and that accords with the stipulation of the FAA Act and Instructions as well as accepted Accounting Standards.

The incumbent prepares and submits annual budgets and cash flows for the Regional Office and schools, ensuring compliance with MOFPS guidelines and FAA Act reporting requirements.

The Auditor reviews reports, investigates non-compliance, and monitors implementation of audit recommendations to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies across Schools and the Region.
