Under the general direction of the ICT Security Manager (MIS/IT 7), the ICT Security Officer (MIS/IT 5), is responsible for supporting the monitoring and evaluation initiatives and activities of the Ministry’s ICT security management function.

The incumbent monitors and maintains fumigation equipment, supervises pest control, ensures fumigation schedules, procures materials, trains quarantine officers, oversees equipment maintenance, conducts research, and prepares reports.

The Sociologist develops models to promote economic growth, poverty reduction, and gender equality in agriculture, builds stakeholder networks, enhances group performance, conducts research, and maintains social data records and analysis.

The Senior Agricultural Economist attends meetings, prepares reports, assesses projects, analyzes economic trends, conducts socio-economic studies, performs statistical analysis, and ensures efficient project funding and management.
