Under the supervision of the Accountant, the Accounting Technician is responsible for carrying out accounting activities, recording procedures and complying with the Financial Administration and Audit Act (FAA).

The incumbent prepares GIS maps, digitizes geological data, maintains databases, provides staff training, supports IT infrastructure, ensures network security, and assists with hardware, software, and system upgrades.

The incumbent oversees staff and resource management, coordinates maintenance programs, prepares contracts, supervises construction/repairs, monitors compliance, advises contractors, and ensures proper execution of technical and administrative tasks.

The Quantity Surveyor estimates material costs, drafts contracts, advises contractors, coordinates supplies, monitors costs, and prepares technical reports while collaborating with stakeholders to support construction projects.

The Administrative Assistant supports the Section's operations by managing communication, maintaining files, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with plans, reports, meetings, and event preparation.

The Principal Director oversees the Agricultural Economic Planning & Policy Development Branch, providing strategic leadership, managing operations, developing policies, and representing the Ministry in local and international forums.
