The Senior Public Procurement Officer conducts market research, drafts solicitation documents, and secures approvals for procurement activities across specified thresholds for the Jamaica Customs Agency.

The Project Specialist (Works & Infrastructure) provides technical advice on design and construction standards, evaluates cost-effectiveness, and ensures projects meet contract specifications through monitoring and evaluation.
