Monitors Caribbean environmental crimes (wildlife/forest/marine exploitation) and ties to organized crime. Analyzes trends, collaborates with agencies, develops enforcement strategies, and builds capacity through training/reports.

The incumbent will support HR strategies, policy implementation, and training initiatives; assist in budget monitoring and risk mitigation; manage corporate services; and coordinate events and logistics for the Country Office.
