The incumbent manages payroll operations, ensures compliance with statutory requirements, maintains financial records, contributes to budgeting and strategic planning, and supports performance reporting for the Finance & Accounts Division.

The incumbent is accountable to the Director of Investigation for the achievement of the Entity’s Declarations & Financial Investigations objectives in order that the Integrity Commission achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.

The incumbent oversees contract, procurement, and corruption investigations by managing staff, developing strategies, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and alignment with organizational goals.

The incumbent develops and implements the Commission’s Enterprise Risk and Compliance Programmes, identifying risks, advising on tolerance levels, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and SOPs.

The incumbent manages the Commission’s strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and preparing related reports and position papers.

The Senior Accounts Officer is accountable to the Chief Accountant for the achievement for the effective and efficient payment processing in order that the Entity achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.

The incumbent supports the Manager, Anti-Corruption Policy and Strategic Engagement by researching, monitoring, and advising on anti-corruption best practices, legislative reforms, and international compliance standards.

The incumbent supports the Senior Corruption Prevention Officer by analyzing public body practices to detect and prevent corruption and recommending corrective actions in line with relevant laws and policies.

The incumbent monitors and investigates licensing and asset divestment/acquisition processes to ensure compliance, integrity, and alignment with strategic goals, while contributing to planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
