The incumbent prepares reports, budgets, and reconciliations, monitors expenditures, manages credit card operations, ensures compliance, and supports financial planning and execution under the guidance of the Financial Controller.

The Accounting Technician has responsibility for the payables function of all divisions and departments of the Institute ensuring preparation of payments in an efficient and effective manner and the maintenance of accurate accounts payables records.
