Ensure public rooms are kept to Holland America Line cleanliness and maintenance standards. Supervises team members assigned to public areas and Night Steward teams where applicable.

The incumbent is responsible for supervising operations of a designated restaurant outlet, environmental policies, safety regulations, and guest service expectations, while supporting team development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsible for their assigned ship’s onboard Housekeeping Operation in addition to overall cleanliness and hotel condition to include both front and back of house areas, as designated.

The assistant Storekeeper is responsible for assisting in managing the team working in the Hotel Stores, including maintaining inventory stock levels and quality control.

The incumbent assists the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations, addressing guest needs, maintaining inventory, enforcing health regulations, and delivering ongoing training and performance evaluations.
