The Human Resource Manager supports onboard leadership in fostering culture, advises on HR policies, ensures compliance, and partners with senior leaders to address evolving people needs while maintaining confidentiality.

Directs and oversees the activities of all food preparation and service functions onboard the ship. Responsible for the highest quality and preparation of all food served onboard to guests and crew.

HRC is responsible for administrative tasks in HR Office and assist the HRSM in day to day HR office tasks. HRC is responsible for Team Welfare implementation under the guidance and oversight of HRSM.

Assists the Cellar Master in managing daily beverage operations, focusing on wine-related activities, service excellence, revenue generation, and educating guests and team members on premium beverages and retail products.

The Administrative Assistant supports the Finance Department with clerical tasks, reporting, inventory counts, credit card processing, guest statements, and gift orders for both shipboard and shore-side operations.
