Under direction of Senior Investigator, the post incumbent conducts investigation of new applicants to determine their suitability to hold a firearm. Investigating complaints regarding the breach of any term or condition of the firearm authorisation.

The incumbent manages payroll processing, ensures compliance with statutory deductions, liaises with HR for accuracy, addresses payroll queries, updates records, and distributes pay slips per the Authority’s policies.

To conduct the Authority’s programme of Investigative Audits and Complaints Investigation.

The incumbent provides HR policy interpretation, strategic planning, benefits administration, performance management, and represents the Authority in meetings, ensuring alignment between corporate policies and personnel activities.
