The incumbent processes teller transactions, manages end-of-day cash balancing, resolves client concerns, and promotes bank products to meet targets while maintaining high professional and customer service standards.

Responsible for performing annual reviews of the fiduciary client base, ensuring completeness of administrative procedures and records, identifying potential risk areas, and generally ensuring the highest fiduciary standards are maintained.

The position reports to the Vice President, Trust Services, and provides transactional and administrative support to the Trust Services team in managing high-net-worth clients.

The Lending Assistant prepares credit presentations and renewals, coordinates documentation with clients and professional service providers, maintains credit files, and assists with audit requests and portfolio reports.
