This position, reporting to the Group Head of Card Services is responsible for the timely execution, completeness, and accuracy of all accounting and financial functions for Card Services across Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.

The incumbent administers and configures ServiceNow and enterprise platforms, driving automation roadmaps, translating business needs into workflows, managing CMDB accuracy, and mentoring teams on ITSM tools and best practices.
