The incumbent will assist in preparing and effecting the timely and accurate payment of compensations and any deductions thereof.

Assist in securing the inventory of long-term assets by monitoring their location, movement and subsequent disposal as well as storage, release and replenishment of frequently used short-term assets.

Prepare work schedules, provide guidance, evaluate personnel, manage library systems, develop collections, oversee research, produce reports, and coordinate activities for the Technical Information Centre and registry operations.

To assist in the general administration of the department and provide in-house support for Laboratory staff. To maintain an effective communication system with internal and external customers, to ensure efficient delivery of service.
