The Community Support Worker will be expected to provide ongoing support, daily care and assistance to persons with intellectual disabilities, in various homes across the island.

Under the direction and leadership of the Clinical Manager, the Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) will engage and support Clients/Patients and their families in community settings, including Clients’ homes.
