The incumbent provides direct patient care by assessing nutritional needs, monitoring treatment efficacy, and educating patients on therapeutic diets while collaborating with the healthcare team to integrate nutrition into patient care plans.

The clinician provides patient-centered care by performing assessments, executing treatment plans, supervising support staff, and maintaining accurate documentation and productivity statistics in compliance with clinical standards and policies.
