The Office Attendant is responsible for providing all ancillary duties within the offices of the Accountant General’s Department, to ensure a sanitary and comfortable workspace and environment and enhance the operations of the Department.

The role manages correspondence, scheduling, visitor reception, document preparation, records management, meeting arrangements, reporting, workflow improvements, and administrative support for senior staff and committee meetings.

The role manages client service requests, resolves complex issues, updates systems, provides training, deploys IT equipment, ensures compliance tracking, and supports the customer service platform and emerging IT trends.

The Assistant Registrar oversees records management, library services, and the Treasury's library, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and compliance with legal and operational requirements throughout records' life cycles.

The Risk Officer identifies, evaluates, and manages operational risks, ensures compliance with regulations, and advises on risk management strategies within the Accountant General's Department.

The Project Accountant analyzes loan trends, proposes strategies to reduce delinquencies, improves borrower communication, ensures accurate records, and implements targeted plans to enhance loan repayment performance.

The incumbent leads a team to reduce loan delinquency, recover funds, improve borrower communication, and advise on best practices and targeted collection strategies.

The Director of Monitoring and Evaluation leads the development of an effective framework, addressing CTMS issues, PFM policies, Treasury tools, and related initiatives across MDAs.

The incumbent plans projects, gathers requirements, bridges business and technical needs, ensures timely delivery of quality outcomes, monitors risks, and implements improvements to enhance processes and solutions.
